Cezary is the founder and president of Reliance, as well as a licensed Financial Advisor with the Fédération Européenne des Conseils et Intermédiaires Financiers, license number 988. He conducts consulting activities within the European Union. An alumnus of the Collegium Medicum at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Cezary possesses international experience in the financial industry gained through years of working with clients in the United Kingdom.
He is both the owner and the originator of the first Polish investment opportunities portal — Obligain.com, as well as the Nordheim company, focusing on serving high-net-worth clients. Cezary is a business practitioner and stock market player. His guiding principle is to create a product tailored to the client and assist in achieving their fundamental goals.

Patryk Komisarczyk is a graduate of the University of Economics in Wroclaw and Cracow, where he obtained a double master’s degree in economics. Additionally, he completed MBA studies with a focus on economics. He gained expertise in investment advisory through elite studies at the University of Economics, specializing in ”Capital Market Analysis and Investment Advisory.”
Patryk is the author of numerous articles on economic topics in industry publications. His theories on investment strategy are frequently cited in industry journals. On a daily basis, he shares his knowledge and unique approach to investments during individual consultations with clients looking to invest their savings. He also participates as a panelist in conferences and congresses, where he imparts his expert knowledge. His expertise contributes to making informed investment decisions on a day-to-day basis.
